Since 2001 CrossFit has helped thousands of people transform their lives through fitness education, health and performance both in and out of the CrossFit Gym.

Our main classes or WoDs (workout of the day).
Coaching to be better, fitter and stronger with your own little commuity. Following the CrossFit Mayhem Affiliate programme, which is varied NOT random and using the fundametal principle of CrossFit; "Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity, and universally scaleable."
Aerobic Capacity
Even though improving our 'respiratory' system is at the heart of what we do, this class is dedicated to just that aspect. Rowing, Biking, Skiing, Running, explosive bodyweight movements all in one fantastic class.
Mobility
Looking for that ideal opportunity to lengthen and strengthen those tight muscles, to help improve all round flexibility and increase performance, then this is the 'must do' class for you.
Functional Bodybuilding
A great accessory class to complement our main Class programme. A total body conditioning class using a combination of Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell & Bodyweight movements. Look and feel great.
Powerlifting
Build raw strength with our Powerlifting Class (Wednesday) which consists of the Big 3... Deadlift, Back Squat & Bench Press. Help build good form and a rock solid postural foundation.
Olympic Lifting
Looking to improve and work on your Olympic Lifts (Thursday), this is the class for you. Both 'Clean & Jerk' & 'Snatch' will be taken through a dedicated progressive programme, currently in 8 weekly cycles to develop your strength at a faster pace.
Gymnastics
Another bonus Sunday 90 minute session dedicated to improving our CrossFit Gymnastic skills and also working on strategy, tactics and how to get the very best out of a 'classic' workout. Also a great way to benchmark performance and witness your progress.
