CrossFit B76 and HYROX TRAINING CLUB
Looking to be part of a Community with a passion for fitness and fun? While it's 'aerobic fitness' at the centre of health, we encompass Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Rowing, Running and much more into our 'Mayhem Affiliate'* designed programmes. * Mayhem is the programme from Rich Froning (10 time CrossFit Games Winner both individually and with his Team) and his extensive team of world class fitness subject matter experts.
And as a Hyrox Training Club we will help all our athletes prepare for these events using the CrossFit methodology and the Hyrox specific disciplines which we've been coaching and developing since our inception in 2014.
What is CrossFit
Since 2001 CrossFit has helped thousands of people transform their lives through fitness education, health and performance both in and out of the CrossFit Gym.
In essence it's 'constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, designed to be universally scalable'. Coaching and Community being at the heart of what we do, and ultimately being better together.
What is Hyrox
Hyrox is a sports event combining running (8x 1km) and 8 specific stations in between combining Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee broad jumps, Row Erg, Farmers Carry, Sand Bag Lunges & Wall Balls. If you love running and those long workouts then this is for you.
