Alongside our main Programme (CrossFit Workout of the Day) we offer one to one Personal Training and a whole host of supplementary Classes to accommodate all your goals. We offer a range of classes suitable for everyone from beginners to pros, from teens to seniors. Our goal is to help you reach your goal. It's as simple as that. Come to our Box to work hard, and you'll be joined by plenty of people doing the same thing... having the best hour of their day.
OUR COACHES
Our Coaches love what they do, and have a passion for Coaching CrossFit, teaching and all things fitness. We lead by example and walk the walk with every aspect of our own health and performance. All of us 'compete' in numerous fitness disciplines.
