Life can get very full, and it can feel that there are many obstacles to having the time to take care of ourselves. I was a Senior Leader in a Secondary school for 21 yrs, and a single mom. I understand the challenges of juggling life, yet still trying to find the time to remain on a consistent fitness journey.
Fitness has always been something I had participated in, however, I can honestly say that when I turned to Crossfit at the ripe age of 45 yrs old, that my outlook and approach completely changed. The saying ‘its never too late’ really is true. I am fitter now at 51 yrs old, than I have ever been. And helping others achieve the same is my goal.
I love teaching and I love supporting clients on their fitness journey. My teaching experience overlaps into my personal training. I understand one size does not fit all, and how important it is to see those ‘wins’ from the start.
Finally, as a lady of a ‘certain age’, I can wholeheartedly say that fitness will help those perimenopause/ menopause symptoms, both physically and mentally.
Personal Training (from £30)
One of the most fundamental components of training is consistency. In order for that to happen your Personal Training needs to b goal orientated, accessible, progressive and motivational. My style of training and Coaching flows from the CrossFit methodology, which incorporates strength, cardio and gymnastics. I use this style because I follow the same principles, and know first hand the results both personally and for my clients. It can be daunting if you have never used a barbell, or hung from a rig, but I will make this all accessible and most importantly give you the self belief to build your confidence through regular milestones.
Small Group also available, £POA (up to 3 people)
