I’ve grown up around Sports, I was a competitive swimmer, representing England during my teens. I fell into a corporate job and climbed the ladder for over 15 years before fully immersing myself into health and fitness, studied for various certificates, and haven’t looked back since. I coach because I love seeing people succeed and become the best versions of themselves.
My approach is a full 360 degree one. The key to moving well begins from the ground up and my training involves elements of mobility and flexibility to ensure your body is strong and stable and moving well. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, improve your conditioning, or sharpen your gymnastics skills then I’d love to help you on your journey. No goal is too big or small, and it’s never too late to start.
£40 single session, £140 x4 sessions, £260 x8 sessions, £360 x12 sessions. Small Group also available, £POA (up to 3 people)
